Jose Erevia<\/strong> is a respected professional in Regulatory Compliance and Human Resources with over 30 years of experience in the agricultural sector. His footprint spans from working in the fields of California\u2019s Central Valley to holding executive roles directing HR, EHS, Food Safety, and ESG teams. Jose leverages his top-to-bottom perspective to customize employment policies, procedures, and work practices; create and implement multi-level compliance processes; develop practical labor relations strategies; build and implement EHS and ESG programs; design crisis management strategies; and perform pre-merger due diligence reviews and post-merger synergy evaluations.<\/p>

Jose spent twenty-seven years at family-owned Gerawan Farming, the largest stone fruit grower and one of the top table grape producers at the time. His skill set, exceptional aptitude, and dedication allowed him to move up the ranks to senior level positions reporting to ownership. Under Jose\u2019s leadership, Gerawan maintained high levels of regulatory compliance, underwent critical culture changes, and in the process strengthened its employee-employer relations. All efforts led to the high-profile decertification of the UFW (United Farm Workers of America) and to successful outcomes in complex regulatory enforcement actions from government agencies \u2013 e.g., CAC, Cal\/OSHA, DLSE, DPR, CRD, ALRB, NLRB, EEOC, DOL, and ICE (formerly INS).<\/p>
