D) Information from service providers (when applicable)

We may receive limited information from vendors that help us operate the Site and our communications (for example, hosting, security, and email marketing platforms such as Brevo), such as:

  • Email delivery logs (bounces), aggregated performance metrics (opens/clicks when enabled), and technical logs.

4. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to:

  1. Respond to inquiries and provide information about our services.
  2. Communicate with you by email or phone (for example, to follow up on a request or process).
  3. Recruiting (when applicable): manage job interest/applications, coordinate interviews and follow-up, and evaluate candidates.
  4. Informational and marketing communications: maintain relationships with clients and contacts, including sending emails to our database 2–3 times per year, where permitted by law and consistent with your preferences.
  5. Operate, secure, and improve the Site: monitoring, basic analytics, technical support, fraud prevention, and security.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Site operation and security.
  • Navigation preferences and functionality.
  • Basic performance and stability measurement.

You can disable cookies through your browser settings. If you do so, some features may not function properly.

Behavioral advertising, pixels, and remarketing

At this time, we do not use social media pixels, remarketing tools, or advertising campaigns connected to the Site for cross-context behavioral advertising or similar tracking.
However, the Site may receive visitors from social media via links (for example, from posts or profiles), which does not by itself mean the Site shares data with those platforms.

7. How We Share Information

We do not rent or sell your personal information.
In general, we do not share personal information with third parties for their own independent purposes.

We may disclose personal information only in these scenarios:

A) Service providers

We may share personal information with vendors that provide services on our behalf (for example, hosting, security, email marketing platforms such as Brevo), under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
These providers are authorized to use personal information only to perform services for Alliance.

B) Legal compliance and protection

We may disclose information as reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests.
  • Protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Alliance, users, or others.
  • Prevent fraud, security incidents, or Site abuse.

C) Business transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to reasonable safeguards.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Fulfill the purposes described in this Policy.
  • Maintain legitimate business and operational records.
  • Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods vary depending on the nature of the interaction (inquiry, business relationship, recruiting).

9. Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Subject to verification and legal exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • Know/Access the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected.
  • Delete personal information (subject to exceptions).

  • Opt out of sale/sharing (where applicable under CPRA definitions).
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

B) Sale/Sharing (sale/share)

  • Alliance does not sell personal information for money.
  • Because we currently do not use pixels/remarketing or behavioral advertising connected to the Site, we do not intend to “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising within the meaning of the CPRA. If this changes, we will update this Policy and implement applicable opt-out mechanisms.

C) Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Where applicable and required by law, we will treat GPC signals as a valid request to opt out of “sale/sharing.” Under our current practices described above, this may not apply.

D) How to exercise your rights
